 “La nueva propuesta es que el municipio Libertador de la Gran Caracas, debería ser divido y de esta forma conformar otras jurisdicciones, para generar mayor calidad de vida en los habitantes de nuestra capital. Desde REDES, nuestro trabajo está ahora en legitimar la reconstrucción nacional y democrática del país”

El dirigente político, Juan Barreto, desde el movimiento REDES, manifestó en una entrevista para un medio privado que: “La nueva propuesta es que el municipio Libertador de la Gran Caracas, debería ser divido y de esta forma conformar otras jurisdicciones, para generar mayor calidad de vida en los habitantes de nuestra capital”.

El movimiento REDES, en una nueva “cruzada democrática por el pueblo venezolano”, propone la reorganización política de la Gran Caracas, todo esto para hacer posible la mejoría de los servicios públicos y generar “una mejor calidad de convivencia vecinal entre los habitantes de la capital del país”.

En este mismo sentido, Barreto consideró que: “El pueblo de Caracas necesita y requiere con urgencia mejores servicios públicos, vialidad, comunicación, aguas servidas, electricidad, gas doméstico, por esta razón estamos en esta nueva propuesta, además esta división político administrativa puede generar mayor transparencia en la venidera gestión de la clase política como servidores públicos”.
